Responsibilities
- Manage efficient inbound/outbound logistics with forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision to meet nightly targets
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement 5S principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies proactively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
