Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalate tickets to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer support or technical support experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
