Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Communicate effectively with freight carriers, truck drivers, and warehouse personnel.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, billing errors, and documentation issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and tracking software.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment processes.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal shipping regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or freight forwarding preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods as required.
