Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and inventory processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers and carriers to manage freight costs and delivery schedules.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) regarding shipment status and inventory levels.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and troubleshoot logistical issues with vendors.
- Prepare necessary documentation including Bills of Lading and shipping manifests.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
