Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or logistical bottlenecks immediately.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP and transportation management systems.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal shipping regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret shipping data.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel as needed.
