Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for end-users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) for optimal performance.
- Perform hardware installations, configurations, and upgrades for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and incident reports in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with management to identify IT inefficiencies and implement modern solutions.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies during daily operations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- CompTIA A+ Certification is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and standard networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues quickly.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with non-technical staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment with tight deadlines.
