Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Configure and manage end-user devices (laptops, printers, mobile devices).
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to resolve infrastructure issues.
- Conduct regular system audits and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
