Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages such as Java and Python.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while actively participating in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to ensure superior performance and user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to the technical architecture and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and RESTful API design.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
