Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain computer workstations, peripherals, and network connections.
- Perform system backups, updates, and security patches as required.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of new employees.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or equivalent knowledge).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
