Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS systems across enterprise environments
- Diagnose and resolve complex cybersecurity incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system migrations and upgrades
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Manage user access controls and Active Directory administration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS/Linux systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- US citizenship required for government clearance eligibility
