Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze complex technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex tickets efficiently.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new software users to ensure smooth adoption.
- Identify trends in technical issues and suggest process improvements to the team lead.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and peripherals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
