Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.
- Log and manage technical tickets and customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Conduct system diagnostics and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
