Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, empathetic manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and timely.
- Document all interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
