Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner using proper lifting techniques.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and assist with inventory audits.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (warehouse climate controlled).
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
