Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise for shipment and delivery using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately check and record incoming and outgoing stock to maintain precise inventory levels.
- Packaging: Ensure all products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for customers with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
