Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload shipments from delivery trucks and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate counts and maintain inventory records using our warehouse management system.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all quality standards are met before shipping.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documents.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
