Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
