What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your daily tasks will include:
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and package them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork related to shipments and inventory.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
