Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process shipping and receiving paperwork and maintain digital logs in our WMS.
- Assist in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime when necessary.
