Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently handle packages and cargo using appropriate equipment.
- Operate Machinery: Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, labeling, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment, ensuring all orders are accurate and damage-free.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for defects and report any issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Work History: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid Social Security card and be legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy in order processing and inventory counts.
