Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently and safely using industrial equipment.
- Manage inventory using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Pack orders for shipment to ensure product integrity and compliance.
- Perform daily quality checks and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
