Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable cloud-native applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Architect and implement microservices on AWS infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and ensure high availability through rigorous testing
- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java development with Spring framework
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
