The Role:
You will be responsible for architecting scalable web applications and leading technical initiatives that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in React (Hooks, Redux) and Node.js or Express.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must be available for an immediate start and able to work in-office 3 days a week.
