Responsibilities
- Tier 2 Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Ticket Management: Efficiently manage and resolve incoming support tickets using Zendesk or ServiceNow.
- System Deployment: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all devices adhere to company security policies and software licensing standards.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for employees on new software tools and security protocols.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and service contracts.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately and work on-site in Colorado Springs.
