Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and generate actionable business insights
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for client stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership through polished presentations
- Maintain data quality standards and implement best practices
- Participate in agile sprint planning and stand-up meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional data analysis experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
