Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Support daily living activities and emotional well-being of patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments

Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania CNA certification or equivalent medical credential
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
