- Resolve billing and insurance eligibility questions with empathy and accuracy
- Update patient records and maintain confidential data in HIPAA-compliant systems
- Collaborate with clinical teams to coordinate patient care logistics
- Document all interactions in our CRM platform following established protocols
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction
Qualifications
