Responsibilities
- Process, pack, and ship e-commerce orders with speed and accuracy
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform quality control scans and inventory counts
- Maintain organized stock in warehouse racking systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for peak efficiency
- Meet daily productivity KPIs (80+ orders/hour)
Qualifications
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island Dr location
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Steel-toe boots required (provided if needed)
