Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in climate-controlled warehouses
- Operate material handling equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Process orders with barcode scanning systems and inventory management software
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete daily paperwork and digital reporting accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 48 hours)
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to multiple Atlanta locations
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
