Responsibilities
- Accurately package and ship products using proper labeling and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock areas
- Load/unload trucks with proper lifting techniques and teamwork
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete daily production reports with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Milwaukee work sites
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
