Responsibilities
- Perform equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs at client sites
- Read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete daily work logs and incident reports accurately
- Collaborate with team leads to meet project deadlines
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and tool inventory
Qualifications
- 3+ years verified experience in skilled trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and climbing
- Basic math and measurement proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
