Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and equipment on-site.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients to explain technical issues and solutions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Travel: Visit various job sites within the Jacksonville metro area.
- Documentation: Complete accurate service reports and maintain equipment logs.
- Inventory: Manage on-site parts inventory and order replacements as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a technical or field service role preferred.

- License: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
