Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and analyze patient samples in clinical laboratories
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment (hematology analyzers, chemistry systems)
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance protocols
- Document test results accurately in electronic health records systems
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff for urgent patient cases

Qualifications
- Active Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) certification
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical lab experience
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts on short notice
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
