Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ endpoints across multiple locations
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networks
- Lead cybersecurity incident response and vulnerability remediation
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for system monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and deployments
- Document SOPs and technical knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with network/systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ and CCNP certifications required
- Advanced experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and PowerShell
- Proven incident response handling in regulated environments
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
