Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems for a diverse client base.
- Provide Support: Deliver exceptional technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security checks.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to escalate complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Training: Assist in the onboarding process for new team members and provide user training when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
