Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and resolve local area network (LAN) issues.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk.
- Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for hardware setup.
