Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Manage and resolve customer tickets efficiently within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network devices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to diagnose complex technical problems and implement solutions.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and technical procedures in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Train end-users on new software applications and best practices for IT security.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
