Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting to internal clients.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and user experience.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT policies and security protocols.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform preventative maintenance.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and troubleshooting tools.
