Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network connectivity problems and system errors.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement software updates and security patches.
- Conduct basic training for end-users on new software and tools.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred but not required.
