As a Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our network stability, ensuring data security, and delivering exceptional technical support to our staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local and wide-area network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to ensure optimal uptime.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Enforce IT security policies and conduct regular system audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new applications and updates.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure cloud services.
- Experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper) and virtualization technologies (VMware).
- CompTIA Security+ or similar certification is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
