Responsibilities
- Design carbon-neutral infrastructure systems using advanced BIM and AI modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing smart city frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Integrate renewable energy systems with next-gen transportation networks
- Ensure compliance with evolving global sustainability standards (ISO 20700, LEED v6)
- Present architectural solutions to C-suite executives and municipal partners
- Research emerging materials (self-healing concrete, photovoltaic glass) for implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainable Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 8+ years experience in green infrastructure design
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and parametric design tools
- Proven track record of net-zero energy projects
- Strong knowledge of IoT integration in urban planning
- Experience with federal infrastructure grant applications
