Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Sustainability Roadmap, aligning with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing circular economy solutions and carbon-neutral product lifecycles
- Integrate AI/ML analytics for real-time environmental impact monitoring and predictive modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate-tech startups and research institutions
- Develop ESG reporting frameworks exceeding GRI/SASB standards for stakeholder transparency
- Drive employee engagement through gamified sustainability initiatives and innovation challenges
- Secure $5M+ in green innovation grants and impact investment funding
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability leadership with proven transformational impact
- Expertise in circular economy principles and carbon footprint reduction methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ESG reporting tools (SAP EHS, Envizi) and sustainability analytics platforms
- Track record of securing $3M+ in climate-tech funding or grants
- Professional certifications in LEED, SFP, or Climate-Ready Advisor designation
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (blockchain for supply chain transparency, carbon capture)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite, investors, and regulatory bodies
