Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability roadmap aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy models for product lifecycle management
- Identify and integrate emerging green technologies (AI-driven energy systems, bio-based materials, carbon capture)
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for ESG compliance and innovation impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups, research institutions, and policy bodies
- Drive employee engagement through sustainability training and innovation challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Sustainability (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with proven 2020+ initiatives implementation
- Expertise in circular economy principles and carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol)
- Experience with sustainability tech stack (IoT sensors, blockchain traceability, AI analytics)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite, investors, and community partners
- Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Demonstrated success in scaling ESG programs from pilot to enterprise-wide deployment
