Responsibilities
- Manage and track inventory levels to ensure stock availability and prevent shortages.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery to clients and vendors.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery schedules in ERP systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and resolve logistical issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development of supply chain strategies to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
