We are seeking a visionary Strategic Technology Planner to lead our long-term roadmap initiatives. You will act as the bridge between technical innovation and executive strategy, crafting a comprehensive vision that positions Nexus Future Labs as an industry leader by 2026.
As a key member of our executive team, you will have the autonomy to drive change, influence budget allocations, and mentor a team of high-potential engineers and strategists.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, Edge Computing, Web3) to forecast their impact on the market.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define technical requirements and success metrics for 2026 projects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term R&D initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the current tech stack and propose mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to scalable, future-proof architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategic Planning, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations or defining multi-year roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and strategic project management frameworks.
