Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Define technical roadmaps for 2026 and beyond, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance with global regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (3+ years of experience).
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on algorithm optimization and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
