- Leadership & Mentorship: Manage a team of senior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- System Architecture: Oversee the design of scalable, resilient systems that support rapid growth and future expansion.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks and implement robust mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term trends and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a history of solving complex architectural challenges.
