As the Senior Director of AI & Future Tech Strategy, you will lead the charge in defining our long-term technological vision, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation. You will work closely with C-suite executives and product teams to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and scalable infrastructure.
- Lead a high-performing team of AI engineers, data scientists, and strategists to drive innovation.
- Identify emerging technologies and market trends to ensure our products remain competitive in the 2026 landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align technical goals with business objectives.
- Manage the R&D budget and oversee vendor partnerships for cutting-edge technology acquisition.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, security, and compliance.
- Present quarterly progress reports to the board of directors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of the 2026 technology forecast, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in building and managing diverse engineering teams.
- Hands-on proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks is a plus.
