- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable systems capable of handling enterprise-grade traffic and data loads.
- Lead Digital Transformation: Spearhead the transition to next-gen cloud architectures and AI-driven automation tools.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical vulnerabilities and cybersecurity threats, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices architecture, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
