Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our 2026 vision, identifying critical gaps and emerging opportunities.
- High-Level Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures that support our long-term product goals and futuristic algorithms.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Lead the evaluation and prototyping of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to determine feasibility for 2026 integration.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility of ambitious goals.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify technical risks in the roadmap and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure), microservices, and distributed systems; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks is highly preferred.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies for a futuristic timeline (2026+).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
